I've been going to this location for physical therapy of my wrists, and from the moment I stepped into the center, I felt completely taken care of. Sam is a wonderful leader and her team is very kind, caring and friendly. Paul and Miguel always have positive attitudes that set the mood for my entire sessions and I always feel taken care of during my sessions. I've only have 4 sessions so far, and each one has made me feel better (in terms of my wrists) and has me leaving to start my day on a positive note. I cannot recommend a better PT place than this one!

I've been very impressed with the quality of care at JAG Dongan Hills. Staff have been excellent working with my 13-year old son and we appreciate the balanced focus on his near-term and long-term health. Great communication, valuable recommendations, and an overall solid approach. Definitely recommend Samantha and her team.

Everyone that i came to know and rehab with at the Richmond Road facility was fantastic. The staff was very energetic and eager to help you with any of the exercises. Samantha was my Therapist and was extremely helpful in my full recovery of my “ left total knee replacement”. She knew exactly when to push me harder and when to ease up, I look forward to working with Samantha and the rest of the Jag staff in the future when I replace my right knee.

Reception was great. Very attentive and accommodative. Samantha was the therapist and give great attention and advice. The staff are great there and makes you feel comfortable.

Samantha, Miguel and Melissa provide stellar service. I found Samantha to be very thorough in her evaluation and her care plan has helped me immensely. She pays attention to detail when evaluating my progress and I am in significantly less pain now. Miguel is wonderful and makes sure I am doing all the exercises correctly. He seems omnipresent and is always there to help. I feel that they are genuine in their desire to help you. They are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Under Sam's leadership, you can clearly see and feel how well they work together and it shows in the how the clients react. I highly recommend this location.
