I highly recommend JAG East Windsor for your physical therapy needs. Payal was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have made a full recovery thanks to her help. In short, I had a nagging pain in my groin while working out which prevented me from performing squats, deadlifts, cleans, etc. After about two months of working with Payal, I have made a full recovery. Payal and Ambika challenged me with nontraditional exercises that were catered to my needs and athleticism. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience and I highly recommend their office for your physical therapy needs.

My treatments at RWJBH at Windsor have cleared up a severe pain that restricted my everyday life. Ambika assessed the problem and gradually added to a routine of exercises so that I could function normally again. Ambika clearly explains what she wants you to do and why it will help.Ambika has a very caring personality and always begins each session asking if I am having any particular issues since she last saw me. Then, she might proceed with tailoring my exercise routine to address any issue, or if I'm doing well, she'll add more difficulty to the program to build up my strength. She always listens and pays attention to each patient as they progress. Ambika's massages and use of ultrasound were extremely helpful. She's the best! I have come to her three times over the years for different problems and have always recovered from my ailment.The whole facility is clean and well-run with Melissa heading up the helpful and pleasant office staff. I wouldn't go anywhere else and highly recommend Jag Physical Therapy.

Ambika has been working with my daughter for a few months now and I am happy to say that there is a big difference since we started therapy. Ambika is very caring, knowledgeable, and a great person. My whole family, for a reason or another, has been treated at RWJBH. Ambika and her team are truly amazing. If you are looking for a rehab center to come back from an injury, a surgery or just old age, look no further. The experience you’ll have from the moment you call to the actual rehab session you’ll have it’s first class all around. People here really care about you, about your well-being. There is a great positive energy at this place which makes going through your session more pleasurable than the average rehab place I’ve ever been to. It’s the Cheers of rehab!

Agility is by far the best place I have ever found for physical therapy!My son and daughter went there for various injury rehabs and were treated with the utmost care.
