Sarah Novak

PT, DPT

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Neuroscience from Binghamton University in 2016. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the College of Staten Island and graduated in 2020. She has worked at JAG PT since October 2020. Sarah has a special interest in knee and shoulder pathologies and post-operative rehabilitation as well as athletic populations with sports-related injuries. She has her McKenzie Method Part A Lumbar Spine certification. She also specializes in kinesiotaping, cupping, vestibular therapy, IASTM and fall prevention. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hiking, skiing and being outdoors.

Sarah is focused on providing early patient education and empowering every patient to take an active role in their recovery, maximizing treatment benefits and helping you understand how to stay healthy
for the long term.

No complaints whatsoever Krupra is an excellent physical therapist very very patient knowlegable and caring. Quite honestly the staff is great very welcoming and work together to help you achieve your goals. I highly recommend JAG if you need physical therapy.

I tore my manescus from the root, had a lateral 7.5 lateral repair and and a astroscopy. My full recovery time was estimated 6-9 months. Minimal 5-6 months. I started like a cripple , unable to move a toe. My entire leg was swollen and stiff and I was unable to put it down, much less add weight on it. I was on crutches, could not bend knee . Six weeks of theraphy abd andJag One had me beat the odds. 8 weeks later, I can bend my knee 💯%. Walk without crutches or a cane. Walk up stairs one at a time and hardly walking with a limp. If you ask me, Jag One is The New Miracle. Positive results , satisfaction guaranteed. #One for Sure.Below is a before , now I can dress up and stand on my own no more crutches. Mike my PT is courteous, compassionate and hilarious. He makes sure to tailor each session to my goals and experiences for that particular week/day to ensure the perfect balance of improvement and recovery. Mike Wright makes it right.I've (unfortunately) had quite a few injuries over the past five years. I've always found that I was in good hands with Mike.I'm currently recovering from reattachment surgery after completely tearing my quadricep tendon. He does a great job at making sure I push myself to do what I need to do and also set limits so I don't further injure myself.

Hey, I have ripped my ankle up pretty bad and Jag One got me back where I needed to be! All staff being so helpful from check in, PT assistants, and the PT themselves. I felt the schedule they made was specifically for me and my injury. I would recommend anyone to see Mike, Heather, and Maria for their own recovery.

The staff are very engaged, mindful and ask the right questions. Neha gave excellent guidance. She is very knowledgeable, and pays close attention to ensure proper and appropriate care is given. Jag One is a very professional top-notch physical therapy operation. I had the opportunity of using Jag One over the last 10 years I must say it’s always a pleasure to use them . Very professional Front desk workers. Outstanding occupational therapist and physical therapist. They were very attentive and address all of my issues and concerns. I can’t end this review without giving credit to all of the occupational therapist and physical therapist. But there is one outstanding occupational therapy that I must give special credit to Mike Wright. Park slope location 17 Easter Parkway.??
