I have been going to JAG on South Avenue for a few weeks now and I am extremely happy with the wonderful care I have received there. Eric is a fantastic PT and is extremely knowledgeable. I am on my way to being pain free! Thank you Eric!

This is a great location for me. Beautiful building with lots of parking and close to home. Eric is quality physical therapist and Dariya too. Lots of concerns and knowledge here with much patience. My history with physical therapy has been at Rusk Institute, NYU Langone. These people are right on the mark. Among the best.

Darya is the best Occupational therapist, her and her team are amazing! Extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and really cares about my well being. Started coming here for a broken arm rehabilitation and it's been getting better and better each session.Shortly after I've also started going to physical therapy for my back and hip. Eric is extremely knowledgeable and does everything he can to relieve my pain. Jenna from PT team is top notch! Super friendly, very experienced, and really cares about making you feel better. So happy with them!With going to both therapy sides PT and OT. I'm very happy with their care. They give you top notch care and actually care about you. Not like those places that rush you through excerises and kick you out. If you want someone to really help you rehabilitate your injury, come here and see these fine people. You can't go wrong!Oh and let's not forget about the super friendly front of house staff. Very kind and patient.Overall this place is a winner. Highly recommend!

I started occupational and physical therapy at the South Avenue location in May. The Building is outrageous…with tons of parking!! I am so glad that I found Eric and Dariya!! They are angels! I finally feel like I am improving and have hopes of recovering!!! The staff is extremely friendly and professional and the students are amazing!!!! You are always greeted with a smile!!! It is very hard to find OT for your hand on the Island but, Dariya is the best!!

Eric is the man! Since he is OCS certified, you know you are getting great orthopedic care. He’s patient and listens to your concerns, tailoring your program to help you get the most out of your PT experience.Thanks Eric for all you do!

Great facility and great staff!My son(9years boy)has been playing soccer as soccer player most of everyday.But he always said his feet and legs hurt after playing soccer.Physical therapist-Eric Fichera is professional,a competent therapist.He helped me to understand the causes of his problem.My son has been feeling better day by day.Thank you!

I went to my doctor with very bad pain in left knee. Doc advised I start with PT and recommended Jag. I met with the clinical director Eric and explained I was a former wrestler and I enjoyed running but was unable to run a mile without having to stop because of the pain. Eric’s exact words to me “give me 6 weeks”….5 weeks later I was back to my regular 2 mile runs with ZERO pain. I’ve dealt with a few different therapist over the years and Eric is by far my favorite. Spends a lot of time one on one, and doesn’t stick you in a corner doing workouts alone. I’ve recommended a few family members and friends and they all feel the same way…this guy knows his stuff! Thank you again Eric. Life changer!

Eric is extremely knowledgeable and professional. My shoulder was brand new within a few sessions. I couldn’t recommend this facility more. Do yourself a favor and go see Eric if you want top notch treatment
